Have you tried juicing, but can’t find a fruit/veggie combination that doesn’t taste like rancid box juice?
Here, are three of my go-to juice recipes (used with my centrifugal juicer) that taste good and are super good for you.

Pineapple & Orange Juice
1 piña, 3 navel oranges
Tastes: like sweet orange juice.
A great source of Vitamin C and pectin (a bulk laxative).
NOTE: Do not drink or eat pineapple if you are taking any meds. It will have a counter effect.
Beet & Carrot
Tastes: Surprisingly sweet. Think V8 Splash without all the sugar.
Carrots contain beta-carotene and anti-oxidants, while beets contain folates.
Taste: Very thirst quenching.
Cucumber is a great source of silicon, which is great for hair and nails. They also have a mild diuretic property.
